Role: Account Manager

Location: Avoca, NSW
Summary: The Account Manager reports through to the Carvnco Manager to achieve and exceed targeted sales within a defined account base. This role builds positive customer relationships by professionally representing the brands and company whilst driving sustainable growth and mutual profitability.


  • Achieve seasonal individual pre-book targets and drive pre-book objectives
  • Conduct weekly sales reviews by account target and develop an action plan to address gaps
  • Achieve and drive quarterly business targets to achieve quarterly objectives
  • Manage account base expectations through detailed account cycle planning, by season/quarter
  • Maintain a positive account relationship for the brands and Carvnco within the account base through meeting service level expectations
  • Create seasonal account specific GTM plans in relation to the calendars
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide account solutions
  • Adhere to the brands segmentation strategies
  • Manage and analyse sell through data and lead required actions
  • Manage profitability, leakage, terms and forecasting
  • Manage core stock model with accounts
  • Report on any significant competitor activity within the marketplace that may assist in growing market intelligence and future sales strategies
  • Participate in account meetings, education/training sessions to build account relationship
  • Drive and assist with consumer activations and retailer marketing events.
  • Enhance brand awareness and development through initiating positive promotion through account education
  • Connect the brands Marketing stories to the account
  • Utilise and drive trade marketing resources
  • Implement in-store VM initiatives and maintenance as required
  • Negotiate in-store brand real estate to maximize the brand profile
  • Uphold and enhance brand values at all times
  • Educate accounts on B2B platform implementation and actively encourage system use as an additional sales interaction medium
  • Construct yearly key account plans
  • Create and present monthly key account operational updates and results
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders
