We’re searching for the right candidate to help evolve our financial operations to meet our growth requirements. The position is open to both a part-time, or full time candidate, depending on their experience.

// Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for Accounts Receivables for our ecommerce marketplace; validation and research of both debit and credit balances, with the ability to correct as needed; daily balancing and month-end journal entries. Work with credit card companies and third-party financing companies to resolve customer disputes and work with companies on the collection process of past due accounts.
• Respond to suppliers regarding billing inquiries and credit card issues. Document supplier pricing concerns and help optimize processes to automate manual functions.
• Maintain prompt, efficient and accurate data entry to ensure supplier issues are solved timely and exhibit superior customer service.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Reconcile COGS with supplier invoice management.
• Help us scale key parts of our processes, and enter weekly invoices into XERO.
• Work with the CEO to track the performance of strategic initiatives, and assist in the development of strategies that work to minimise risk.
