Summary: The Adobe Campaign Specialist (CRM / Loyalty PM & Support) is in charge of driving Adobe Campaign projects and initiatives in the United States, from their conception to their implementation, while at the same time ensuring that they comply with the global IT CRM guidelines. He/She will provide technical support to members of the US CRM team in their daily use of the Adobe Campaign platform, and must have a technical understanding of how loyalty programs work.
Responsibilities:
- Drive US IT CRM projects and initiatives, from design to implementation following the Global IT CRM guidelines
- Prioritize US roadmap and topics by working closely with the European CRM team
- Provide day-to-day Adobe Campaign platform support to the US CRM Team specifically in Emailing & Loyalty Programs
- Participate in Business Analysis for new projects implementation
- Provide first level escalation support to the US CRM Team to resolve issues and bugs
- Provide support for campaigns setup, management, and email creations
- Participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Act as a SME for campaign operations and best practices and advise accordingly to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- Review customer service request for bugs & improvement
- Other ad hoc projects from the Global/US IT Team
