Responsibility: Design and develop global women’s marketing campaigns from initial conception through to execution and global roll-outs

Summary:
You will concept and produce industry-leading, high quality photoshoots, directing and managing execution across all regions. You will work hand in hand with our Women’s Product Chairman to develop strong product and marketing messages that are in line with Rip Curl visual language and brand values. You will bring new thoughts and fresh approaches to creating, conceptualising and executing all of our global campaigns.
