Role: Assistant Product Manager – Womens

Summary: The role is an Assistant Product Manager (Women’s Accessories) position and is a permanent, full-time position located at our global office in Torquay. The range for the role is $55,000-$60,000 plus super. It reports into our Women’s Accessories Global Chairperson. The key focus of the role is to manage the range development process, ensure quality products are delivered on time and work closely with the design team, supply chain, marketing, sales & retail team to achieve divisional budgets. The role’s main responsibilities include working closely with our product team to apply the findings of your market research and range planning to build a detailed design brief for each range, ensuring all products are in line with our brand values. You will accurately forecast sales on all styles and ensure range buy plan aims to eliminate blind purchasing, manage excess inventory and maximise net margin and actively participate in seasonal buy meetings. The Assistant Product Manager will present ranges to our sales force during sales seminars at the beginning of each range release, to ensure our sales force are equipped with all the key product information they require including timely production and delivery of salesman samples.
