Role: Athlete Manager

Location: Auckland, NZ
Summary: The key purpose of this role is to strategically develop the Athlete team to maintain Red Bull’s image and position as an innovative brand in sports. You will also be responsible for the planning and execution of key athlete and sporting event projects.

Responsibilities:

• Athlete management, marketing and management experience.

• In-depth knowledge of New Zealand and global sporting landscape in particular surf, skate, snow, motocross, motorsport, MTB and mainstream sport is also important

• Established network with the New Zealand sporting landscape of Kiwi’s locally and abroad.

• Good organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Office skills – budgetary, prioritising, delegating, computer and presentation skills.

• Sound Skills in marketing and media/communications.

• In-depth knowledge on the communications mix, including athlete content strategy planning and execution.

• Good negotiation, contracting and influencing skills.
