Summary: Acting as the intermediary between sales teams and creative services, you will strive to find creative solutions to connect with and inspire the consumer while meeting the customers needs across all channels of distriubtion. You understand the history and nuances of the action sport industry as well as the retail environment where Quiksilver product is sold.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the consumer is at the heart of every decision
  • Day-to-day execution of varied commercial activations
  • Identify, analyze and execute all Co-Op opportunities
  • Develop and execute key account plans, including 1:1 meetings with key accounts to drive sell-in and develop sell-through strategies
  • Drive brand’s excellence at point of sale by ensuring right marketing tools, activations, and experiences are briefed and implemented
  • Ensure Account Managers and management are equipped with the right sell-in tools to win at sell-in
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for key and large accounts and Account Managers
  • Work with Brand activation counterpart to activate athlete and influencer portfolio at an account level
