A day in the life:

You love strategy and have an understanding of brand, amplification, partnerships and communications. Every day, you demonstrate your understanding of how to mobilise a team, innovate new channels and get a message across through different channels.

  • Create, lead and manage strategic communication strategies, KPIs and initiatives, that support the objectives of the AUS/NZ business, for external facing guest channels including PR, Social, Paid, Editorial, Events, Partnerships/Elite Athletes.
  • Responsible for leading and developing a team
  • Seek new innovative channels and pilot different approaches to connect with guests e.g. People of Influence.
  • Oversee the execution of the channel specific strategies and annual plans for campaigns, NSOs, partnerships, experiences, media events etc. through coaching, managing and leadership of your direct reports
  • Constant collaboration with the Production + Creative teams on key projects, and the cross functional teams to create partnership specific strategies.
  • Aware of all current campaigns and activations as well as any company stories being shared. You know what is happening when, where and how, and ensure our brand is represented powerfully across all channels.
