Brand Marketing Manager

Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for leading some of our biggest campaigns to introduce the brand to new customers at scale.

You will focus on launching new products, collaborations, mission-driven programs, and cultural campaigns. You will act as the glue between channel leads and departments that connects the dots for a consistent, impactful launch. You will write killer briefs that turn business and consumer insights into a strong strategic position that will hit both brand and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing plans for Brand campaigns, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Author and deliver marketing strategy briefs grounded in insights and incorporating input from strategy, e-comm and performance marketing teams
  • Collaborate with in-house Creative team and agency partners as they translate strategy into consumer-facing assets. Consolidate and deliver feedback as needed from concept to execution
  • Lead collab coordination with brand partners, as well as with internal teams. Includes managing internal teams with weekly collab status meetings, campaign strategy, creative briefs and execution and campaign recaps
  • Own the marketing calendar for all channels, coordinating with other channel leads to maintain a clear and consistent view of our plans
  • Run a bi-weekly brand planning meeting with all channel leads that works through plans and priorities for future months/quarters
  • Run a monthly global marketing meeting, which includes sending out an agenda with relevant topics prior to the meeting, leading the meeting, taking notes and next steps and sending out a meeting recap
  • Responsible to coordinating the stories and content for weekly brand emails, brand updates across our website, and blog stories
  • Supporting the Sr. Marketing Director in strategizing and managing our PR agency and activities. Includes weekly PR meetings with our agency, coordinating and shipping product for media seeding, keeping them updated with initiatives and GTM plans, coordinating press releases, etc.
