Role: Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Summary: As Brand Marketing Manager for Surfline Wavetrak, you are responsible for positioning, evolving, and expanding all of our surf and marine brands. You will also use your deep experience in digital marketing, content ideation, campaign execution, marketing strategy, and brand development, to execute brand growth strategies and deliver on KPI’s that map to corporate growth objectives. You will report to the Vice President of Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a culture of planning, execution and accountability against business goals across marketing channels, and collaborate with team members to optimize performance.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitive research efforts, build user understanding and empathy, and provide voice of customer insights to drive product marketing and communications.
  • Develop and own the execution of the company Headline Calendar, working closely with product, content, design and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver campaigns and product news, driving excitement for our brands, sub-brands, and key product features.
  • In partnership with the design team, develop and maintain branding systems, toolkits, and strategy for use across the entire company and external partners and affiliates.
  • Lead brand, content and product marketing campaigns from ideation through execution and delivering on KPI’s.
