Summary: Shape the Lululemon brand through inspiring the organization, delivering insightful campaign strategies and partnering with cross-functional teams to build future initiatives that deliver into the brand vision. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research; analyze trends to surface up fresh insights and strategic implementations as it relates to the category and consumer
  • Participate and inform any research projects that relate to the brand and/or our consumer
  • Lead and stay current on emerging media, trends and best practices to inspire and motivate our teams and cross-functional partners
  • Uncover, and interpret, relevant cultural and social trends, with an eye to future state growth opportunities and markets
  • Maintain a positive proactive and influential relationship with the business strategy and insights team
  • Assess competitive strategies & identify white space opportunities
