Location: Vancouver, Canada
Summary: The Brand Visual Merchandiser – Canada West is responsible for driving sell-through in key retail doors (both wholesale and vertical) and for supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand campaigns seasonally. The successful candidate will service their HSC network of retail partners and deliver the best brand experience through visual merchandising, account marketing execution, HQ driven event activation and frequent reporting back to key partners.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistency in brand presentation through training and maintenance of visual merchandising standards and guidelines, account visit cadence, and through development and presentation of product knowledge programs.
- Coordinate and implement execution of seasonal and evergreen brand collateral, fixture packages, and point of purchase materials.
- Build relationships with key partners in retail doors (ie. floor managers, senior sales staff) to ensure ideal brand placement, merchandising, and standardization of Herschel products on sales floors within the region.
- Work with key accounts to develop and execute seasonal plan-o-grams and floor sets.
- Determine account marketing opportunities for fixtures, POP, windows and in-market activation’s with key retail partners.
- Coordinate and maintain a regional account list and visit calendar.
- Provide sell-through and merchandising reporting to internal partner teams.
- Support with B2B and D2C marketing initiatives, activation’s and events.
