Summary: Day-to-day you will utilise your proven business development skills to develop to maintain a target list of potential brands, out-bound prospect to develop a pipeline of opportunities, create proposals, pitch to potential new clients, and after securing their business, support their onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new partnership opportunities, manage, and close business whilst meeting or exceeding brand onboarding targets.
- Develop acquisition and category growth strategies and plans.
- Manage full sales cycle – cold-calling, prospecting, generating leads, qualifying, make appointments to present the product to brands, overcome customer objections, closing agreements, and generating referrals.
- Develop a healthy sales funnel with opportunities at various stages.
- Perform sales presentations to potential clients in relevant categories, to strategic partners and to other parties.
- Establish a keen understanding of competitors in market and the ability to communicate SurfStitch for Brands competitive advantages to win accounts.
- Effective preparation, presentation and follow up of sales and marketing programs.
- Preparation, negotiation, and closing of commercial agreements.
- Assist with the onboarding process and provide education to new partners.
