Summary: The role is a broad management role and will deliver the Oakley Strategy through the coordination and consolidation of the Product, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Ops and Sales strategies, to drive and deliver business success and profitability.

Responsibilities:

In this role, it is critical to focus on product planning and assortment management to support sales, whilst leading a passionate team to deliver the best in-store customer experience.

You will be required to utilise your exceptional analytical skills and financial acumen to drive the business to high standard of excellences, through managing product and driving sales performance.
