Summary:  The CMO is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive and compelling marketing, sports marketing, branding and communications strategy to increase visibility and drive the growth of the global business across all platforms; Print, Digital, Visual, Social, etc. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Global Marketing effort. Collaborate with executive management and cross-functional global and regional teams in the areas of leadership, planning, strategy of concept to customer internal process.

• Implements measurable strategies that drive the business revenue goals and increases awareness at all levels of the business’ reach; global, regional and national.

• Partners with cross functional departments to ensure alignment and efficiency for reaching business targets and objectives.

• Lead customer centric thinking and design programs to meet those specific targets. Collaborate with senior leadership team in building communications pathways between program delivery, systems, protocols and standards and practices to create process and framework to support continued growth.

• Collaborate closely with regional offices, product-line leaders, and sales leaders to ensure go-to-market strategies, assets and plans are integrated, aligned and deployed on schedule.

• Directly responsible for creative development, customer and dealer promotions, and campaigns to attract customers and maximize volume from current customers.
