Role: Consumer Marketing Manager

Summary: Identify and manage Burton’s marketing mix across digital, paid media and environmental design channels. This role will help define and support the region’s marketing plans that contribute to the key brand and sell-through initiatives in both our Direct and Wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Align team on global strategy and liaising with global performance marketing team to ensure storytelling.
  • With specialists on the team, this position requires a more general awareness of digital marketing, paid media and environmental design application.
  • Develop and manage B2C and B2B marketing plans that will drive traffic and conversion with focus on evolving segmentation strategies, telling relevant product messages and encouraging engagement with the brand. Hot topics within the team are CRM, Social Data, Life-Cycle Marketing and Marketing Automation.
  • Identify regional priorities and nuances that relate to specific region.
  • Oversee digital and environmental design team activities as it relates to regional business targets.
  • Manage the annual Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Environmental Design budget and provide regular management reports including monthly digital post-campaign ROI evaluations.
  • Translate environmental design initiatives into KPIs and measurable data.
  • Draw insights from available data and initiate related actions when needed.
