Summary:  With a strong background in digital strategy, social media and community management, you’ll be responsible for developing innovative digital content plans for our varied clients, as well as contributing strategically to Monster Children‘s own publishing platforms

Responsibilities:

– Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement integrated digital content
strategies.
– Develop, plan, and manage monthly content and editorial calendars.
– Work with the internal production house and external stakeholders to produce, create and curate
unique pieces of content.
– Effective account management. Work efficiently and professionally with clients, partners, and media
agencies. Attend WIP meetings and actively provide digital strategic thinking and insights.
– Publish owned and a partner created content across required digital channels.
– Real-time content and community management and moderation. Engaging with social audiences to
drive positive outcomes and provide support.
– Plan and execute effective ad campaigns within Facebook’s Business Manager.
– Optimize live paid social campaigns to achieve the best possible outcome and ROAS.
– Establish, maintain and build upon relationships with a network of creatives including photographers
and filmmakers, along with connections within youth brands and youth media outlets.
– Work with the creative network and external stakeholders to seek content opportunities and partner
collaboration.
