Summary: The Content Marketing Specialist will report directly into the Senior Content Director in the Digital Center of Excellence. The Content Marketing Specialist is the strategic and content process expert who ensures from briefing to creation to distribution that content is utilized and optimized to meet exponential growth expectations of the e-commerce channel
Responsibilities:
- Key partner to both brand & e-commerce in utilizing & distributing content and assets exponentially across multiple digital channels to drive the business and deliver ROI.
- Expert in how content can be utilized and distributed across multiple platforms, in service both to brands and e-commerce.
- Creates high functioning content engines that drive conversion by building playbooks, understanding and evaluating return on multiple distribution points
- Collaborates with brand and e-commerce stakeholders to define content requirements, incorporating learnings & best practices from prior seasons
- Assists brand marketing teams in briefing and mapping successful creation to distribution of content from concept to final consumer touch points
- Works closely with Marketing Operations and Project Management to ensure accountability and that all content needs are mapped, tracked and delivered upon to meet critical deadlines
- Understands magnitude and complications of creative asset development & digital deployment activities and helps solve roadblocks (e.g., implement workback calendar)
- Works together with the brands on their GTM calendar, advise on successful campaign rollout and how to best utilize the tools from e-comm and in shared services
