Summary:
As a brand coordinator on The North Face Brand Marketing team, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally in supporting our overall lifestyle/off-mountain marketing strategy & execution. In this role, you will support the development of seasonal marketing campaign frameworks & tactics and also support our ongoing approach to lifestyle/off-mountain, sustainability, cultural moments and brand values-based marketing 365 days a year. You will work day-to-day with our team of brand managers and senior brand coordinators in bringing The North Face marketing vision to life.
For the right candidate, this is an amazing opportunity to get into the outdoor industry and into the brand marketing function. Your responsibilities will be diverse and wide-reaching. There will be times when you are expected to positively contribute in strategic brainstorming sessions and, other times, you will be getting your hands dirty helping us prepare product samples for photoshoots.
Responsibilities:

Support the Brand Marketing Team on seasonal brief development including external and internal research, presentation and other document creation, and on-going meeting and project milestone scheduling and coordination.

Manage the seasonal brand product sample ordering process and coordinate product sample usage as part of brand photoshoots and other content productions.

Support project budget tracking and invoice management for brand creative production efforts partnerships, and event activations.

Support ongoing brand partner and vendor projects and communications, including being the primary POC for many industry partners and supporting vendors.

Support other brand projects as necessary.
