Role: Copy Writer & Social Executive
Brand: Surf Stitch
Location: Burleigh Heads, QLD
Summary: Surf Stitch are currently seeking a highly talented individual to develop a unique and consistent tone of voice for the SurfStitch brand which is in-line with the brands positioning, customer needs and industry trends. This position will support business growth through the use of expert creative copy writing for marketing impact and social media success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop copy writing and tone of voice guidelines for the SurfStitch brand in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
• Execute on creative copy writing briefs for the brand across a variety of consumer facing communications
• Create written content for the business in-line with the requirements of the go to market calendar around key campaigns, trends and brands.
• Create the relevant social media calendars for SurfStitch Australia to drive engagement, traffic and increase revenue for SurfStitch.com while adhering to SurfStitch brand guidelines and overarching social strategy.
• Execute all social media platforms and amplify the social media calendar adhering to platform guidelines
• Monitor our social media response rates and manage the Customer Service relationship with our social audience to constantly improve.
