Role: Core & Sport Sales Territory Manager

Summary: Manage the Qld territory for Smith across Core and Sport stores.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage a surf, fish, traditional sport and bike account base throughout QLD & Northern NSW, focusing on selling sunglasses, helmets, and apparel – *this is an on-road role
- Highlight and approach new business across all channels, working to create meaningful and lasting commercial and personal relationships
- Plan and execute delivery of top line sales growth across each channel, working to budgets and KPIs provided
- Focus on supporting retailers by training, enthusing and establishing relationships with retail staff who are engaged in selling Smith products
- Assist with execution of demo days, brand events, trade shows, and product training sessions
- Planning and taking responsibility for forecasting demand, and verifying the creation of channel-specific assortments based on current SKU performance in market
- Managing Trade Marketing within your territory – allocating, maintaining and managing POS, cabinets and fixtures, along with sourcing and protecting key real estate space in stores, and managing all branded visibility opportunities
- Create and maintain accurate reporting by account, and engage in monthly meetings with leadership to provide feedback and align on plans for success moving forward
- Analyzing and reporting on competitor activity in market, as well as providing detailed feedback on where Smith currently sits and how it’s viewed by key retail personnel and end consumers
