The Challenge

In this critical role you will be part of the Boardriders Asia Pacific legal team reporting to the APAC General Counsel, providing the business with commercially tailored advice and risk management strategies. This is a truly varied role in a unique and complex business. Some of your areas of focus will include; leasing, HR/IR, mergers and acquisitions, distribution, intellectual property, risk management and compliance, commercial agreements, sponsorship and litigation. We are a global business in the middle of a large-scale integration, providing you with great exposure across integration projects.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally you will have at least 3 years post admission experience in a top tier firm. Inhouse experience will also be highly regarded. You’ll have a good working knowledge of several of these key practice areas: trade practices, mergers & acquisitions, property leasing, HR/IR, commercial contracts and intellectual property. Critical to your success will be your ability to form good working relationships with a diverse client group and ability to manage multiple complex issues simultaneously.
