Role: Country Manager – France

Location: Paris, France
Summary: Lead the sales of the Skullcandy brand throughout France.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the lead sales and business development owner across all accounts in the region
- Takes responsibility for profit, revenue, and sales targets in France In this sales-focused position, ensures Skullcandy’s retail strategies are implemented and generate ROI
- Meets with retailers, buyers, distributors, to discuss product placement and performance at points of sale across France
- Identifies new avenues of business for Skullcandy in France
- Manages budgets and marketing spend
- Tracks YOY performance and retailer performance; adjusting strategy as necessary
- Manages the forecasting process by account with support from the supply chain teams
- Works with the marketing and product teams in Europe and the United States, in order to execute on the strategic needs of each account
- Works in partnership to build a strong brand presence in our French market and aims to bolster our market share
