Summary: You will oversee multiple product categories, such as ACDs and Art Directors to assure their creative ideas are on strategy. In this position, you will cultivate the marketing strategy, assuring it gets honed into a sharp creative brief. Your imagination will steer concepts into strategy, making sure all iterations of campaigns are reinforcing strategic message.
Responsibilities:
•As part of the creative leadership team, you will own a few large-scale projects that sit outside the standard seasonal Go-To-Market process.
•These will be high profile projects that require a high level of involvement and oversight and are specifically designed to propel the business forward.
•A critical expectation of this role is a high level of cross functional partnering with different functions around the business, depending on the project.
•This position requires the ability to collaborate while putting forth a clear creative point of view.
•This position is responsible for aligning concepts with partners and prepares presentations to leadership.
