Summary: The Influencer Marketing Studio Manager is the strategic operational and production lead for all bodies of work inside the studio. They are a resource and relationship master who works closely with category studios to assign creative and operations talent to each project. They audit briefs, distil and understand the work, cultivate intake and resource strategies and establish optimal creative squads that are right-sized to the work.

Responsibilities:
Partner with Brand Design VP, Sr Creative Director, Category Brand Marketing & Nike Direct to choose priorities & workflow of projects in studio.
• Partner closely with category studios to resource Influencer Marketing projects for both creative and production.
• Develop the creative and digital producers within the studio
• Develop project intake, audits briefs, resources appropriately, implements process strategies, adhering to Creative CODE.
• PM 101 Master: Drive, develop and track programs and projects, oversee budgets & timelines, communicate statuses, opportunities, solutions & risks.
• Key point of contact for Category Marketing, Nike Direct Operations, Geo partners and all other functions. 
• Provide a leadership voice to the Creative Studio Management team helping drive the One Studio strategy, mindset shift and realignment
