Summary: You will own and manage the email marketing and CRM channels and identify opportunities for targeting specific customers to maximise sales and profit as well as encourage database growth, customer retention and loyalty. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of best-practice email marketing and marketing automation programmes using CRM and marketing automation platforms and is focused on analysing data and customer activity to maximise commercial opportunities and highlight key areas for review, analysis and improvements.
