Role: Customer Acquisition Specialist

Summary: In this newly created role, you will focus primarily on customer acquisition by implementing, maintaining and optimising customer data collection initiatives and sweepstakes. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate and lead the email database acquisition program, providing analytics to monitor results and inform improvements. You will have a good working knowledge of legislation relating to email and data collection and know how to challenge the status quo to maximise results. You’ll be working across 11 branded websites and be part of large-scale software implementation projects, bringing us best-in-class technologies to support our ongoing focus and investment in eCommerce.
