THE POSITION //
As a Rip Curl Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for the entire cycle of customer interaction with online shopping, including but not limited to: the order placement, shipping, and returns process of all E-Commerce transactions for RipCurl.com. You will also be the main point of contact for Nordstrom Drop Ship Operations and Customer Service teams.
This position is full-time and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
THE DUTIES //
- Operation and management of the store
- Inventory management and reporting
- Achieving sales targets
- Staffing, recruitment, training, and development
- Merchandising presentation and replenishment
- Leadership of the store team
THE SEARCH //
- Must love being on the phone and possess outstanding phone skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Computer knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
