THE POSITION //

As a Rip Curl Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for the entire cycle of customer interaction with online shopping, including but not limited to: the order placement, shipping, and returns process of all E-Commerce transactions for RipCurl.com. You will also be the main point of contact for Nordstrom Drop Ship Operations and Customer Service teams.

This position is full-time and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

THE DUTIES //

  • Operation and management of the store
  • Inventory management and reporting
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Staffing, recruitment, training, and development
  • Merchandising presentation and replenishment
  • Leadership of the store team

THE SEARCH //

  • Must love being on the phone and possess outstanding phone skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Computer knowledge
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly
