Summary: As a Rip Curl Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for the entire cycle of customer interaction with online shopping, including but not limited to: the order placement, shipping, and returns process of all E-Commerce transactions for RipCurl.com. You will also be the main point of contact for Nordstrom Drop Ship Operations and Customer Service teams.
