Summary: The role of the Customer Experience & Styling Coordinator is to provide customer service support, information and styling advice in response to enquiries across Alquemie Group products and services, primarily Ginger & Smart. As well as take full ownership of resolving customer complaints and enquiries to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for all customer enquiries and incoming calls and emails
• Deliver a friendly and informative experience to our customers
• Efficiently resolve customer enquiries by responding via email, live chat and telephone
• Engage with our customers, sharing product knowledge and experience
• Provide virtual styling, fit and sizing advice through instant message and video calls
• Understand the various Alquemie Group Brands customer (these brands include SurfStitch, Ginger & Smart, and Lego Certified stores)
• Research and have a strong understanding of global fashion forecasts and adequately adapt to Australia’s fashion climate
• Provide advice and suggestions to internal stakeholders based on trends in customer feedback
• PayPal dispute management
