Summary: Reporting to the Sales and Operations Manager, the Customer Service and DTC Sales will be responsible for working as part of the customer service and sales team in Australia and USA, focused on sales of our custom program within Australia, USA and to our international markets. The ability to work autonomously within this role, and be a leader within the business is of the highest importance.

You will engage a hands on approach with the overall customer service communications, sales processing and order scheduling and fulfillment. Being strategic and logical with your thinking and communicating within a team environment will ensure that the financial goals will be achieved across all departments.

Responsibilities:

DTC Sales

  • Processing and entering DTC sales across all regions.

  • Following orders throughout the production process and updating customers until the order has been completed and fulfilled.

  • Assisting in order fulfillment from time to time where necessary

Mona Vale – Retail Experience

  • Manage and operate the retail experience store as part of our Mona Vale custom manufacturing.

  • Maintain a clean and organised store and ensure all technology and processes are operating and providing a great customer experience.

  • Stock management of boards and accessories and working with accounts on re-order

Customer Service

  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email, phone, Facebook messages, Instagram messages and in person, providing sales and product advice.
