Summary: SmoothStar are looking for a Customer Service Manager that can manage and take responsibility of all customer support operations and provide internal support for our employees and operations around the world.
SmoothStar is a very fast growing company that has grown over 700% in the past 3 years. We expect this growth to continue and we need a Customer Service Manager to take responsibility to ensure high level of customer service is maintained.
Your role will cover the following areas:
Customer Support – Reporting and Managing Resources
B2B & B2C – Order Processing and operational flows
Digital Content Organising – Manage and write various articles
Digital Coordination – digital assistance for global team – setting up systems, events and data processing.
Policy Documentation – understand and write company internal and external policies
A key criteria is to develop and monitor KPI’s for all support areas.
SmoothStar staff operate on a global basis. We have employees located in Australia, USA, Europe & Japan. Digital documentation is essential for all staff to operate effective and efficiently. Customer support team utilises a combination of online chat, email, zendesk, whatsapp and telephone to support the customer base in Australia and International markets.
