Summary: Drive Nixon’s goal of providing exceptional customer experiences to internal and external customers. Develop cross-functional relationships with key partners to maintain a high level of communication and a clear understanding of the product lifecycle. Share best practices within the customer service team to identify opportunities and enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and related tasks.
· Demonstrate great phone and chat etiquette with a high level of enthusiasm when interacting with customers.
· Provide excellent customer service with developed product knowledge information.
· Use strong problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues.
· Support and effectively communicate Nixon’s warranty policy and repair service process to customers.
· Assist customers with technical support and creative solutions to service issues.
· Develop a clear understanding of ERP, portals, and platform functionalities and use.
· Monitor the accuracy of transaction information related to sales orders, return orders, and service orders for efficient processing.
· Understand operational sales needs of assigned territory to provide outstanding service and be the go-to resource for the sales team.
