Boardcave is the consumer facing marketplace of the Cavewire software network. Since 2012, the Boardcave brand has grown into a recognized resource for surfers around the world to find, compare and buy from the world’s leading core surf brands. Our Cavewire software supports retailers and brands in connecting customers with the best products to meet their surfing needs. We work directly with many local and international surf brands to get the best products in the hands of surfers around the world. Our community is engaged with our surfboard search and review program, our informative content and our extensive range of online products.
We are looking for people who are hungry to learn, interested in surfing and technology, while helping provide a ten star customer experience. The role is to engage with our customers through our help desk, live chat and phone to support inbound enquiries for our Boardcave website. This involves recommending surfboards and accessories, managing orders and dealing with some of the world’s leading shapers. You will get to learn about all the latest surfboard models, how to manage products on an e-commerce store and how to interact with surfboard manufacturers. As a company, we are focused on personal growth and the customer service roles have the opportunity to evolve into new positions within the team.
