Location: Melbourne, Vic
Summary: The Database Coordinator is accountable for the delivery and maintenance of the ticketing database, including but not limited to product set up, schedule management, data rules, duplicate record management and delivery of new products. The role is essentially the park-level key coordination point for customer data and bookings systems. 


  • Gain a deep understanding and working knowledge of the CustomLinc ticketing database to become a subject matter expert within URBNSURF.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver innovation database solutions for new products and streamline current processes.
  • Creation and review of application business processes and documentation specific to URBNSURF.
  • Accurate and timely project administration of products and schedule management.
  • Manage the operational relationship with CustomLinc, including managing support requests via the CustomLinc support centre.
  • Working closely with the business analysis team to provide internal support for reporting, financial reconciliation and data flow projects.
  • Creation and rollout of training, manuals, cheatsheets and documentation as required.
  • Deliver advice and training to team members, encouraging database best practice and system use.
  • Support of the USM member program, including entitlements, rebilling and cancellations. The focus will need to be placed on the annual entitlement rollover.
