Summary: As the Designer, you will support the design process, from concept to delivery. The designer exists to support the execution of the design strategy based on consumer and channel insights to drive long-term customer value by having premium quality products that are on trend and on meet margin goals.

Design Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior designer to create and present color, concept and design each season and execute those ideas.
• Work with brand partners to achieve design goals of collaboration projects.
• Create and/or rework prints and graphics.
• Create extremely detailed technical packages for socks (& other categories as needed) that include color and yarn callouts, trims, and actual size hi-res artwork.
• Assist the senior designer and product developer in revising detailed tech packs.
• Drive delivery against all product dates and gates throughout our GTM cycle.
