Summary:

We are looking for a creative acrobat with a high-level aesthetic and expert technical skills to bring concepts to execution across multiple digital channels. As the Digital Designer, you will be responsible for partnering with the Digital Art Director as well as other core departments to deliver exceptional work. To be successful, you must be able to prioritize and multitask. You must also thrive in a fast-paced work environment that thrives on collaboration and no egos. Lastly, you must be hungry and embrace the culture that REEF lives and breathes today.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing creative assets for our social media, email, website and content channels following brand direction.
• Develop strong partnerships with the Creative Team for successful and on time delivery of work.
• Collaborate with creative team member and willingness to take on constructive feedback.
• Must stay current with culture and trends in order to put forth visual communications that are current and industry leading.
• Stay up-to-date on digital best practices for each platform.
• Execute all projects through the brand guidelines lens to support consistency across all channels.
