Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will lead our digital marketing and media team to plan, execute and optimise paid and organic strategies to drive online revenue growth, brand awareness, customer acquisition and customer retention across international markets.


  • Lead our brands digital marketing strategy across all international markets including organic and paid social media
  • Develop, manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including social, paid search, display and affiliates
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and partners as required
  • Maintain performance-based campaign set ups and promote the use of creative assets tailored for specific placements
  • Manage the media team to develop campaigns, new product launches and advertising requirements to ensure content produced converts and meets communication objectives
  • Manage and analyse campaign budgets, structuring campaigns for efficiency to achieve ROAS
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations on channel performance
  • Resolve technical issues pertaining to campaign set up (targeting issues, tag set up, feed issues etc.)
  • Optimise Google Analytics and tracking/conversion pixels
  • Extensive reporting and data analysis based on metrics that matter
