Summary: As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing SPY’s overall traffic acquisition strategy, with the main goal to improve our website’s traffic. This position requires a deep knowledge of various traffic acquisition methods and tactics (paid search, affiliate programs, retargeting, SEO, social ads) for improving online web traffic, reducing bounce rate and increasing conversions, at the lowest cost (ROAS).
Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement traffic acquisition strategyIdentify key traffic acquisition KPIs and metrics
Monitor and manage online campaigns and associated Budget
Coordinate third party partners (SEO/SEA agencies, affiliate programs, retargeting partners, etc.)
Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends
Track, measure and analyze user engagement and conversions
Track and manage multiple lead generation channels
Implement best Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and techniques, in collaboration with Digital Marketing team.
Build relationships and networks with bloggers, journalists and industry influencers (in collaboration with Digital Marketing team and Brand marketing team)
Prepare and present reports on performance marketing strategy
Stay up to date with latest technologies and best practices
