Role: Digital Marketing Manager (12month Maternity)

Summary: Due to one of our long-serving employees taking some time off for parental leave, we are looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Digital Marketing Coordinator in the effective management of performance marketing (Paid search, paid social, affiliates and retargeting) and SEO activity
• Manage and Support the Email Marketing Manager in the effective management of the email marketing channel
• Manage the customer lifecycle and retention program
• Develop a cross channel retention strategy to maximise customer value and repeat business
• Coordination of a monthly marketing team meeting and preparation of a monthly reporting pack
• Ensure accurate data is available for Marketing Channel reporting and provide ongoing business reports as required
