Summary: Reporting to the Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for outward-facing communication across multiple digital channels.. The position is full-time and located at our global office in Torquay. The role will focus on;

  • Growing engagement and awareness aiding the brand both regionally and globally
  • Drive strategies to grow Rip Curl’s Social Media following
  • Manage the online marketing calendar and plans connecting online and offline marketing
  • Devise and implement strategies to drive online traffic to eComm and in-store
  • Work with Trade Marketing Manager to connect key and core wholesale accounts to digital assets
  • Work closely with the ANZ eComm team to improve SEO, manage the Performance Marketing program to eComm budget and ROI with external agencies to maximise weekly eComm targets
  • Participate in global campaign planning using digital insights to create targeted content
  • Work closely with the World Surf League to plan and execute annual brand activations and digital sponsorship and other key surf media partnerships with a goal to increasing customer acquisition and brand exposure
  • Manage two Digital Marketing Co-ordinators across Rip Curl and Ozmosis brands
  • Connect Digital Marketing Teams across Rip Curl to ensure global unified campaign rollout plans around key promotions
