Summary: This role takes full ownership of driving revenue and acquisition in the SEM, SEO, Email, Affiliate and Social channels in the business mix and other digital marketing initiatives. This role is closely associated with Retail & Content.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the formulation of a Digital Marketing Strategy including digital channels, social media and email to deliver on overall revenue targets across both Australia, USA and EU markets.
  • Build online traffic through optimising search, affiliate marketing, comparison shopping, and other digital media plus testing new channel sources
  • Manage Zimmermann customer database including development of acquisition strategies to grow as well as retain existing customers
  • Development and maintenance of trigger based email campaigns
  • Creation of eDM artwork and segmentation for broadcast emails
  • Managing Social Media platforms, analyzing performance and developing strategies to increase traffic to website, stores and overall brand exposure
  • Creation of content for all Zimmermann social media platforms
  • Maintenance of Social Media schedule for all Zimmermann social media platforms
