Summary:

As the Digital Marketing Specialist – CRM & Retention you will focus on our CRM and retention strategy whilst supporting the Digital Marketing and eCommerce team to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and commercial growth.

You will be responsible for supporting the operations, planning and execution of the CRM and digital marketing program, as well as:

  • Build, test, send and report on email, SMS and Push notification campaigns.
  • Ongoing analysis of customer journey and communication touchpoints to develop and improve CRM and automation activities.
  • Development and optimisation of customer lifecycle strategies focusing on acquisition, retention, reactivation across all channels
  • Analyse and track data to maximise the performance of email campaigns, identifying actionable opportunities (optimisation, creative direction, etc.) to improve performance
  • Create audience segments based on demographic, behavioural, psychographic and other criteria and run highly personalized email campaigns
  • Manage and build automated marketing campaigns including creative, messaging and content
  • Work with internal Content team to develop digital marketing assets
  • Rigorously test email campaigns, verifying copy, layout, links and content
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of marketing execution
