Summary: As the Director, Brand Communications, you will provide exceptional leadership for our Brand Communications team and a portfolio of external agencies. In this role, you will establish our internal voice to drive clarity and momentum with our people. You will guide our global public relations strategy, ensure consistency across all messaging touchpoints, and lead communications efforts for our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically positioning the brand through storytelling that resonates with our internal and external audiences
- Overseeing corporate and global PR strategy across seasonal and corporate campaigns
- Strategically partnering with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team for internal communications to supporting driving business objectives
- Managing reputational risk and leading on crisis response
- Developing an internal communications strategy and executing the plan
- Working with key internal stakeholders to ensure PR efforts for projects / programs are strategically aligned
- Leading corporate and global PR planning, ensuring all moving pieces are synchronized and on time across stakeholder groups
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive crisis communication strategy and guidebook based on a thorough review of current external company positioning
- Establishing the staffing rotation and necessary training for issues and crisis on-call response
- Ensuring consistent implementation of existing corporate communications; documents that govern high-visibility communication channels (i.e. website, leadership bios, speaker presentations, company FAQ, media kit, boilerplate etc.).
