Summary: 

The Director of Data Science is responsible for leading the Data Science team and for delivering the most exciting data-driven initiatives for our North American market.

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to help them translate business questions into analytical problems and for deploying models into production that support ongoing decision-making.

We’re looking for someone with a solid experience of managing applied statistics, machine-learning and analytics projects who can also interface directly with senior stakeholders in the business and be the outward face of the Data Science department.

To be successful in this role you must have a bias to action and a passion for seeing projects through to completion. You should feel strongly about measuring the results of Data Science efforts and for challenging the status quo when necessary.
