Summary: This individual will be responsible for leading YETI’s paid digital marketing channels, which include SEM, display, YouTube, paid social, SEO, affiliate marketing as well as customer marketing vehicles such as email and direct mail. This role currently manages a team of internal digital marketing professionals, plus external partners and reports to the Head of eCommerce.


  • Develop a competitive digital marketing strategy and build an effective marketing funnel enabling repeatable, predictable revenue growth for the company
  • Accurately forecast aggressive multi-channel digital performance and manage a $10M+ marketing performance budget.
  • Create and manage campaigns and related budgets for all digital advertising platforms across display, paid social, affiliate, email and paid search channels. These include, but are not limited to Adwords, Google Display Network, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Coordinate with SEO and Content managers to optimize landing page experiences.
  • Build audience strategies focused on the overall customer journey and tracking capabilities throughout the funnel focused on customer ROAS and conversion
  • Develop the customer analytics framework for behavioral segmentation efforts and align with the Sr Director of Analytics on advanced data analytics capabilities such as customer lifetime value, next product purchased and new customer investment models.
