Director of Marketing

Summary: This position will be responsible for budget management as well as defining and managing the brand voice and image. The Director of Marketing will drive content strategy, and help coordinate Chill’s position within Burton marketing along with the VP. Work closely with the Director of Development on annual seasonal development campaigns, including design and messaging and the programs team to find compelling stories within the data, as well as make sure all needed print materials are kept in stock and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

• Manage global marketing presence and visibility with an eye toward consistency in all global and regional locations
• Develop and monitor the use of annual marketing and communication strategies for local and national use in conjunction with Chill’s marketing coordinators
• Continue to grow the organization’s public presence through strategic local and national press outreach in coordination with local staff, the content marketing coordinator, and the VP of Marketing & Development
• Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics to elevate what’s working across the funnel and channels
• Provide creative direction for digital and print marketing materials
• Oversee Chill.org’s continued build-out and maintenance once launched, along with the digital marketing coordinator
• Manage and grow Chill’s online presence through Google Ad Grants, other opportunities as they arise
