Summary: This position will lead both our online DTC business and our global brand marketing teams. We are looking for someone with an execution-oriented personality, self-motivated and driven by setting far reaching goals and then executing with results to expectation. We have an amazing asset creation team and enviable brand identity with a clear UVP. Both our wholesale and DTC channels are experiencing exponential growth.
Responsibilities:
- Grow brand recognition, awareness and loyalty to become the worlds most recommended and positively referenced men’s underwear brand;
- Plan, budget, develop and execute global campaigns, including industry and financial markets press coverage, traditional out of home marketing, retail marketing, influencer and all things digital that drive results to achieve our fast-paced sales growth goals while optimizing the mix within any budget;
- Work with the founders and the board to set the creative direction on branding and brand direction and work with the leadership team to set company-wide goals then lead the tactical execution to meet or exceed those goals;
- Lead the creative development of seasonal brand decks and go to market strategies, including marketing campaigns for the season;
- Collaborate with finance, sales and inventory to be continuously evolving marketing spend and the best digital, in-store merchandising and consumer facing story telling opportunities;
