Summary: As the Director of Performance Marketing, this position will be responsible for driving incremental revenue through paid and free digital media channels. Although relationship management will be a responsibility, this is not a Relationship Manager role. This is a role for someone who enjoys putting all of the pieces of a campaign together with an exacting degree of precision. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, analyze and optimize all performance marketing activities including Paid Search, Natural Search, Display, Social, Mobile, Email, SMS, Connected TV and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Design and implement a process, organization and structure to deliver continuous improvement across all performance marketing actions and continuously seek out opportunities to drive quality traffic to our sales channels.
  • Develop annual and monthly revenue forecasts based on incremental revenue analysis and model spending projections based on a targeted ROAS
  • Develop and optimize an email-marketing calendar in coordination with our Brand Marketing team. Manage the execution and reporting of these email campaigns. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our email subscriber base. Deploy tools that allow our customers to personalize the content and frequency of our communications with them.
  • Partner with the Brand Marketing team to create aligned customer communications across all channels and ensure strong commercial and consistent brand messages.
  • Manage day to day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including: researching, and refining keyword portfolios; refining bid management strategies; ad copy test/refinement and landing page optimization for a continuously evolving product line.
  • Work with the Site Merchandising team on website and campaign calendars which detail timelines for seasonal promotions, new product releases and inventory driven campaigns
  • Partner with digital team on opportunities to adjust website structure and content to enhance website accessibility and search engine optimization
