Role: Director of Retail Store Operations

Summary: Effectively manages and executes on all facets of retail operations within the Volcom retail and retail outlet facilities while driving business through performance, people and process. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate Volcom’s retail team to deliver consistently according to brand
• Ensure all SOP’s are executed in a timely and efficient manner; create work plans when necessary for compliance issues
• Lead the development and execution of sales, daily operations, employees, loss prevention, inventory management, and expenses by adhering to Company policies
• Spearhead store openings across the US in conjunction with Sr. Director North America Retail
• Continuously manage the operations process and look for procedure improvements
• Manage a team of three regional managers effectively by working with the team to set store promotion cadence in response to competition and business needs and ensure they are following and executing on all corporate directives
